Spandex covered yarn is spandex core yarn. Spandex has good elasticity but poor abrasion resistance, so it is used as core yarn and then spun with other types of fibers, such as cotton and chemical fiber, to form core yarn or wrap yarn. So, what are the operating procedures of spandex covering yarn?
1. The specification, batch number, twisting direction and variety of raw materials: all have to be strictly verified before they can be put on the computer.
2. Spandex should be collected in advance and not handled freely when you use it. You should pinch the two ends of the paper tube or four fingers and insert the paper tube. Use your thumbs to lightly press the surface of the spandex and lay it flat to avoid bumping, sanding and messing up the silk.
3、The tube, raw silk, spandex and covering yarn should be placed carefully and gently, be careful of bumping, and keep your hands clean so as not to dirty the raw silk.
4、When loading raw materials, the silk car should distinguish the specification, batch number and twisting direction of raw materials and hang the tracking plate to show the difference.
5、The operation should be carried out in strict accordance with the operation steps. After the knotted buckle is connected to strictly check whether it is qualified, requiring small, tight, firm, short tail; winding, the line should be pulled tight, moving from side to side, put down, the line should be put into the wire guide mouth.
6, the normal operation of the machine, frequent inspection of the machine, check: single package contents, crawling, bad shape, burst pipe, double multi-strand, mosquito fly flowers and other phenomena affecting the quality of the problem found in a timely manner.
7, machine, ground clean, no spoil, waste silk, oil, paper tube, paper, empty yarn tube, etc. Make sure the operation site is always smooth, clean and tidy.
8. Clean the machine and the ground before work, wipe the foot pedal clean, and put the silk car neatly.
9、Keep the brake caliper, do not brake for more than 1 minute each time. Forbid to bite on the mouth or throw anywhere to prevent accidents.
10、When the problem spindle bit is wound on the pinch roller, roller or spindle rod, it should be stopped in time to avoid equipment damage and waste.
11、Daily inspection operation, first lift the broken spindle bit, take the spandex away from the roller, and quickly inspect the responsible machine to deal with the problematic spindle bit. When stripping monofilament, distinguish carefully between monofilament and finished product, do not cut randomly to avoid excessive waste.
12. Wash your hands when you drop yarn to prevent bumping, so as not to cause oil, hairy yarn, net yarn, etc. After yarn drop, fill in the tracking card accurately to avoid confusion.
13、Operate safely and use tools correctly to prevent injury; try not to put anything on the pedal to prevent accidents and equipment failure.
14、If there is any abnormality in the operation of the machine, report to the shift manager or get the mechanic to repair it in time, such as: spindle not turning, shaking, strange noise, bad shape of product, bad tension wheel, etc.
15、If any abnormality of coating is found, stop the ingot production in time, and then report to the shift supervisor or mechanic for treatment, such as twist, loose, over tight, uneven line, thickness of wool yarn, wool ear, front drive, etc.
16. The threading should be operated strictly according to the silk procedure designed by the equipment, so that there is no yarn passing through the roller, threading tube and air ring device, pressure roller, etc.
